Neurocritical Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Join Hartford Hospital’s multidisciplinary Neurocritical Care team providing inpatient care to critically ill patients with complex neurological and neurosurgical conditions. Rotate between intensive care and stepdown units on a full-time schedule of three 13-hour shifts, with no call. Plan and deliver care for critically ill neuroscience patients. Provide care for patients with complex stroke and neurological disorders. Care for patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures and tumor resections. Manage patients with status epilepticus and spinal cord injuries. Rotate between the intensive care and stepdown units. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Neurocritical Care team.
