Associate Attorney

An ideal candidate will have the following: Admission to the Maryland and DC bars, and in good standing in both.3-5 years of experience practicing family lawExcellent legal research, analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage a caseload effectively and efficiently (as first chair or second chair) Capacity to work both independently and as part of a teamSelf-starter with excellent organizational skillsSound judgment, high integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain strict confidentialityWork from our Bethesda office (with the option for hybrid work after a probationary period) Participate in networking opportunities and attend bar-related eventsEngage in business development and work toward originating cases over time.
