Requirements:
Current RN license in state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor.
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required within 6 months of hire or transfer.
One year of acute care experience required.
Recent EPIC experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in an emergency setting.
Assess and monitor patient conditions accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care processes.
Document all patient interactions and interventions in electronic medical records.
