Student Housing Maintenance Pro (Tools Provided)

College-Town-Communities is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support our student housing properties. You will resolve day-to-day work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units during high-volume move-in/move-out seasons. All necessary tools are provided by the property. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in residential maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and excellent resident communication.
