Vice President Private Credit Investment Associate Overview:
- The Vice President Private Credit Investment Associate will play a pivotal role in the investment team, focusing on deal execution, credit analysis, and portfolio monitoring.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to identify and connect with emerging companies, contributing to deal sourcing and investment opportunities.
- Engage in comprehensive financial analysis, scenario modeling, and credit underwriting to support informed investment decisions.
- Contribute to the creation of detailed investment memos, addressing key risks and opportunities.

- Vice President Private Credit Investment Associate Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.6+ years of experience in structured finance, private credit investing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Alteryx is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. A professional network within the fintech and specialty finance sectors is preferred.
