Private Credit Vice President

Graycliff is growing and is looking to hire a Vice President with 4+ years of experience in lower middle market credit investing. The new hire will be based in our NYC headquarters with an immediate start date. Graycliff Credit manages ~$800 million of assets and committed capital and is investing out of its fifth fund, raised in 2026. The fund provides unitranche, second lien, mezzanine, preferred equity and equity co-invests to private equity-sponsored, independent sponsor-backed, and non-sponsored companies. We typically focus on businesses with $3 to $15 million of EBITDA and invest across industries. This is a great opportunity to join a lean team on a growing platform.
