Early Childhood Teacher

KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Castle Rock KinderCare center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom that supports each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth. You will plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum, observe and document developmental progress, and maintain open communication with families. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental progress Communicate regularly with families about child growth and needs Support social-emotional learning and positive behavior Collaborate with center staff to align programs and routines Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations Prepare classroom materials and maintain organized learning spaces Participate in professional development and training Support inclusion and respect for diverse backgrounds Classroom management Early childhood curriculum planning Child development assessment Parent communication Record keeping and documentation Health and safety compliance Behavior guidance techniques Lesson planning Collaboration and teamwork Basic computer proficiency for reporting and training Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State early childhood education or teacher certification (where required) CPR and First Aid certification Background check eligibility Child development training hours per state regulations
