SVP, Commercial Real Estate Lender

Responsibilities: Originate commercial real estate loans and meet annual production goals. Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and community involvement. Manage an assigned loan portfolio, including ongoing monitoring, documentation, and credit quality. Evaluate loan opportunities and coordinate with underwriting throughout the approval process. Present loan requests to credit committees and oversee closing and funding. Supervise lending staff and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of lending experience with a South Florida bank. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Strong credit analysis, loan structuring, and underwriting knowledge. Strong business development, relationship management, and presentation skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Ability to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
