Real Estate Associate / VP

Responsibilities: Execute debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, and JV equity placements. Support loan restructuring, refinancing, and workout advisory assignments. Perform financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis. Coordinate due diligence, prepare transaction materials, and support client meetings. Manage transaction execution from initial analysis through closing. Work across commercial real estate sectors, with a focus on hospitality, residential, and development-related financing.

Qualifications: Experience in real estate investment banking, capital markets, debt origination, or real estate finance. Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and analytical skills. Familiarity with commercial real estate financing structures and transaction execution. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex real estate financing transactions, gain exposure to institutional capital markets, and play a key role in executing deals from underwriting through closing.
