What you will do: Recruit CPAs, bookkeepers, POS / IT providers, web agencies and trade associations Run partner onboarding, co-marketing and simple monthly check-ins Track which partners refer, and grow the ones that do Work with our AI outreach tools that find and contact partners for you You have 3+ years in partnerships, channel sales or business development selling to small businesses A network of accountants, POS resellers or agencies is a strong plus Comfort with performance-based pay Pay Override on every merchant your partners refer that is approved and processing Bonus for each partner who becomes active Performance-based equity may be offered after agreed milestones How it works Independent contractor (1099), remote, anywhere in the US.
