Key responsibilities:
Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial results
Perform month-end and quarter-end close activities, identifying variances and recommending process improvements
Collaborate with finance and business partners to provide accounting insights and support initiatives impacting the general ledgerRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of professional accounting experience in public accounting or industry
Active CPA license (strongly preferred) with strong technical accounting knowledge
Experience with period-end close activities and variance analysis in a high-volume environment
Proficiency in modern ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for managing large datasets
