CPA Revenue Accounting Manager

Key responsibilities: Drive financial accuracy and integrity by owning the full ledger and overseeing the monthly close process Elevate vendor accountability by auditing outsourced revenue cycle management performance and tracking contractual SLAs Eliminate revenue leakage through proactive investigation of billing issues and collaboration with operational teamsRequired qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue and accounts receivable controls Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and healthcare reimbursement frameworks High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting tools like NetSuite and SQL Experience managing financial performance and SLA oversight for external vendors CPA certification preferred, along with a background in outpatient healthcare or physical therapy
