Healthcare Associate General Counsel

Key responsibilities: Lead advisor on corporate, healthcare regulatory, litigation, commercial, product, employment, and privacy matters Develop and negotiate contracts, providing legal guidance related to Medicaid, Medicare, and value-based care Act as a trusted advisor to flag legal risks early and design compliant solutions, while building legal processes and policiesRequired qualifications 5+ years of healthcare legal experience and familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., CMS, OIG, HIPAA) 3+ years of legal experience at a digital health company, health plan, provider, or managed care organization Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, preferably in a startup or high-growth company Deep knowledge of the healthcare regulatory environment and its application to technology products and digital health services Strong collaboration skills with experience in supporting cross-functional teams in a mission-driven context
