Providing strategic legal support, the full-time Associate General Counsel will manage legal risk and ensure compliance across operational areas such as intellectual property, data privacy, and commercial contracts while working remotely from the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
Manage legal risk and ensure compliance in key operational areas
Provide independent legal advice on product offerings, deal structuring, and complex agreements
Stay current on legal trends to support organizational growth and innovationRequired qualifications 8-10 years of legal experience in compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, or related fields
Juris Doctorate from an ABA-approved law school and active Bar membership
In-depth knowledge of legal areas relevant to technology or non-profit environments
Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice
Willingness to travel for twice annual retreats
