Join our Management Training Program and work directly on live campaigns for Fortune 100 clients — outdoors at events and in retail. The program: 8–12 month path to running your own projects, uncapped. Hands-on sales, client, and leadership training. Real responsibility from day one — not shadowing.
What you'll do:
Represent clients at outdoor events & retail activations. Build client relationships and business skills. Take on more ownership as you grow in the program. Who we're looking for: Full-time availability preferred. Students welcome — minimum 3 full business days/week, Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm. Comfortable working outdoors. Motivated, coachable, ready for real responsibility. No experience needed — we train you.
