The Hollister Group seeks a Vice President and Chief Information Officer to lead technology strategy for a growing professional, scientific, and technical services firm. This executive will own the IT vision, driving secure, scalable systems that power recruiting, consulting, and internal operations. Responsibilities include defining the technology roadmap, overseeing applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, and aligning digital initiatives with business goals. The CIO will mentor a high-performing team, optimize vendor partnerships, manage budgets, and champion innovation in a collaborative, values-driven culture. Provide strategic leadership for all technology, data, and information systems across the firm Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with business, recruiting, and consulting priorities Oversee enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance Partner with executive leadership to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency Evaluate, select, and manage technology vendors and key platforms Establish IT policies, standards, and risk management practices to ensure compliance Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT and security team Define and track KPIs to measure system performance and business impact Ensure reliable, secure systems that support internal teams and client-facing solutions Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and capital planning IT strategy Enterprise architecture Cybersecurity management Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) Data governance and analytics ERP/HRIS/CRM systems Vendor and contract management IT risk and compliance Budgeting and financial management People and organizational leadership Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CIO, CTO, or senior IT leadership experience in professional or consulting services CISSP, CISM, or CISA (preferred) ITIL or COBIT certification (preferred) PMP or equivalent project leadership credential (a plus)
