Senior Director of AI Strategy

Key responsibilities: Develop and lead KIPP's comprehensive AI strategy aligned with organizational goals Manage AI pilot programs, ensuring effective measurement and evaluation of tools Serve as the primary advisor on AI tools and partnerships, making recommendations based on pilot dataRequired qualifications 7-10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in K-12 education, with progressive leadership responsibilities Deep expertise in AI and its applications in education, with the ability to evaluate tools effectively Experience leading strategy or initiatives across a school system or multi-region network Demonstrated ability in designing measurement or evaluation systems for educational programs Proven experience negotiating and managing partnerships with vendors or research organizations
