Additional Education Info: Dietetics or Nutrition or graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
Additional Credential Info: Registered Nurse License OR Registered Dietitian CDR Certification OR Registered Pharmacist; Certified Diabetes Educator OR Board- Certified Advance Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) certification preferred or completion of either Certificate within 12 months of hire.
