We are seeking an experienced Infectious Disease Physician to step into a Medical Director role within a growing outpatient healthcare and wellness clinic. This position offers a strong balance of clinical leadership and patient care in a well-supported, mission-driven environment focused on community health. This is an outpatient-only role with no nights or weekends, ideal for a physician looking to combine clinical practice with leadership responsibilities while maintaining work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality outpatient care to a diverse adult patient population
- Diagnose and manage infectious diseases as well as common primary care conditions
- Support and oversee clinical operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuity of care
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative leadership to support patient outcomes and clinic growth
- Supervise and support advanced practice providers as required
- Review labs, imaging, and consultant reports in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement, patient retention, and care coordination efforts
- Provide limited on-call coverage as needed
