Remote Project Manager, Multifamily Capital Projects

Bonaventure Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Capital Projects to lead owner-side renovations across occupied communities. You’ll report to the Director of Capital Projects and coordinate with operations, contractors, and leadership to deliver on time and within budget. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in construction PM, experience with occupied properties, and strong budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills.
