Remote Capital Projects Manager, Multifamily Renovations

Bonaventure is hiring a Project Manager, Capital Projects to oversee owner-side capital improvements across occupied properties. The role reports to the Director of Capital Projects and is fully remote with travel to Richmond/Tidewater regions and Northern Virginia as needed. You will manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and procurement, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to approved scope while coordinating with operations, contractors, and leadership.
