Senior GTM Recruiter — Remote (US/Canada)

Mercury is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build and scale our go-to-market teams. You will own full-cycle searches across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships, partnering with GTM leaders to define roles, run searches end to end, and improve recruiting processes. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, data-driven decision making, and delivering a thoughtful candidate experience while owning offers and closing deals.
