Assists with development of QA/QC programs and provide inspection support as required.. Evaluates the validity and acceptability of inspection, examination and testing results and reports inspection, examination and testing results for works including concrete, soils, masonry, structural steel, pipelines, and coatings. Knowledge of American Concrete Institute (ACI), National Electric Code (NEC), American Water Works Asscotiation (AWWA), American Society for Testing and Material Standards (ASTM), American Welding Society (AWS).
