Mytra’s Operations team is looking for energetic, experienced supply chain professionals to own the strategic sourcing and vendor management processes, and excited to take on a key role to help grow our business. As a global supply chain manager you’ll be a critical member of the team helping to develop our supply chain strategy, and execute against that strategy to ensure we have the parts we need for both robot production at our factory, as well as the material flow automation systems we deploy at our customer sites. Execute material procurement, not only for high-volume production, but also for NPI and Engineering development builds. Work with Engineering and Product teams to model our BOM should-cost, and contributing to our robot and system cost goals. Having practical knowledge sourcing in the robotics and warehouse automation industry, with a wide range of electronics such as — PCBAs, wiring harnesses, high and low voltage electrical panels, vision sensors, power supplies, charging systems, is a plus, though not a requirement.

The Commodity Lead will drive supply chain commodity strategies that (1) maximizes customer satisfaction through world class on time delivery, lead time and quality metrics, (2) reduces inventory and (3) delivers the lowest total cost. Develop and lead the execution of global commodity strategies for assigned commodities that supports Crane Pumps and Systems objectives for supplier OTD, inventory reduction, supplier quality, supplier lead times and material cost reduction. Drive continuous improvement in suppliers by communicating objective performance metrics, focused on on-time delivery improvement, quality improvement, and cost reduction. This could include strategic or as a tactical Buyer/Planner.
