The VP, Supply Chain will build and lead Zola’s supply chain management and capabilities, including: materials procurement, capital purchase negotiations, sourcing, order fulfillment, New Product Introduction (NPI), quality and supply chain strategy and development.. Deep supply chain experience with battery, inverter, PCBA, high tech manufacturing processes and technologies. Performing supply market and supplier analysis, supply planning, negotiating, contracting, supplier management and performance management (i.e. compliance, use of total cost of ownership models, etc.. Manage order fulfilment, planning (including S&OP), sourcing, quality engineering, NPI, logistics, inventory management, cost reductions, CM management. Knowledge of procurement methodologies, quality, sourcing, strategies and outsourcing across batteries, inverters, PCBA

Manage and coordinate transportation, warehousing, distribution of goods and import & export compliance activities.. Work with and monitor 3PL to ensure orders are shipped in accordance with SLA, resolve any issues that may arise.. Oversee and manage import and export shipments, providing instructions to customs brokers as necessary and resolving issues promptly.. Review routing guides, set up shipping guides with 3PL for new customers.. Must be able to speak Mandarin, have a minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management

Master Data Management: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data across all systems, including coordinating with relevant stakeholders for updates and corrections. SAP Master Data Management (MDM): Strong knowledge of SAP master data management processes, ensuring accurate and consistent data across the system, including materials, vendors, and customer data. Semiconductor Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, inventory management, and lead time considerations.
