NP - Orthopedic Surgery

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Setting: Primarily outpatient clinic with some inpatient rounding and first-assist surgical duties Sites: Rotating among three clinic locations Team Structure: Join a dedicated team of two orthopedic surgeons and two experienced APPsEnvironment: Fast-paced, supportive orthopedic practice with strong mentorship and autonomy

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive orthopedic evaluations in the clinic setting Manage follow-up visits, pre- and post-operative assessments Assist surgeons with procedures as needed, including first-assist responsibilities Perform inpatient rounding and coordinate care with the surgical team Order and interpret diagnostic tests Provide patient education and care coordination Document thoroughly in the EMR and communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physician partners
