You’ll turn what Product and Engineering build into positioning, messaging, and launches that prospects and customers actually understand and adopt. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Brand Marketing, and Growth Marketing to make sure every launch has a clear story, every seller has what they need to sell it, and every customer understands why it matters. This is a foundational function for the team — you’ll build the product marketing muscle as much as you’ll run it. This role closes that gap — turning product capability into market traction through sharp positioning, compelling launches, and enablement that drives exponential outcomes.
What You’ll Do: Own positioning and messaging for our products and platform Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and major feature releases, partnering closely with Customer Experience, Product and Engineering. Build and run sales enablement — pitches, demos, and training — that helps Sales sell our products effectively. Conduct and synthesize market, customer, and competitive research to inform product and marketing strategy. Partner with Brand Marketing to make sure product positioning stays consistent with our overall brand and voice. Partner with Growth Marketing to translate product positioning into campaigns, content, and lifecycle messaging that drive adoption. Define and track product marketing metrics — launch performance, message testing, win/loss insights — and report on progress to leadership. How You’ll Work With AIUse AI tools to accelerate research synthesis — turning customer interviews, win/loss data, and market research into clear insights faster. Use AI to help draft and iterate on positioning, messaging, and sales enablement content. Apply AI-assisted competitive intelligence tools to track competitor moves and market shifts in real time. Explore AI-driven personalization to tailor messaging and enablement content for different audiences and segments.
What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA a plus).8+ years of experience in product marketing, with significant experience leading product launches and messaging, ideally in fintech, payments, or B2B/B2B2C SaaS.Proven track record building positioning and messaging that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience building and leading sales enablement programs that sales teams actually use. Strong research instincts — comfortable running and synthesizing customer, market, and competitive research. Experience leading and developing a product marketing team. Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills. Comfortable partnering closely with Product, Sales, Brand Marketing, and Growth Marketing to align on strategy and execution. Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services strongly preferred.
