Senior Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily cash positioning, bank accounts, cash pooling, and payments, with strong internal controls Own the TMS end to end, including configuration of debt and credit facilities, letters of credit, and derivatives Drive automation across cash, debt, and reporting workflows using AI and workflow tools, and train staff on new technologies Manage banking partner relationships and resolve operational issues Partner with Capital Markets, Accounting, Vendor Management, and Legal on financings, M&A, and other initiatives Prepare liquidity, leverage, and risk reporting for senior leadership, the board, and lenders Build scalable treasury policies, processes, and controls that ensure compliance and audit readiness Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of treasury professionals

Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive treasury experience, including debt/credit facility management, bank relationships, and TMS implementation MBA or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CTP designation is a plus Experience with multi-currency, multi-entity global treasury operations Hands-on TMS experience, especially Reval Proven people leadership and strong communication skills Experience supporting capital raises, refinancings, or M&A; structured or project finance experience is a plus Background in a PE-backed or capital-intensive business An AI-fluent, process-improvement mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail
