Hours: Monday – Thursday 1st Shift 6a-4:30pJob

Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to perform assembly and production duties for air movement equipment. This position involves working from production work orders, drawings, prints, instructions, and procedures to assemble and fabricate parts and subassemblies. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, able to follow detailed instructions, comfortable using hand and power tools, and committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities: Work from production work orders, checklists, prints, instructions, and procedures. Review assembly drawings, bills of material, and prints to ensure materials meet specifications and are available for production. Visually inspect parts for defects and report any issues or discrepancies to the Production Lead. Fit, align, and adjust parts on production lines according to established processes. Assemble and fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, and other approved fasteners. Measure finished components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Test finished products for proper operation and make adjustments as needed. Perform production duties safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Assist with various production operations to maintain workflow, quality, and production schedules. Participate in meetings and work groups to communicate issues, resolve problems, and stay informed of procedures and requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, prints, and production to inspect parts and identify defects or quality issues. Basic measurement and math skills. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a productive work environment.
