Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being Provide safe transportation and accompaniment to appointments and errands Document and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCPR/First Aid certification is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed ComForCare Home Health Care (North San Diego) is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
