Epic Hospital Billing & AR Specialist

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Patient Financial Services Representative – Hospital Billing to ensure efficient and timely billing and collections for inpatient and outpatient accounts across a large multi-facility system. The role requires strong knowledge of AR/Billing processes, EPIC experience, and excellent communication with payers, patients, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will manage queues, review claims for accuracy, apply payments and adjustments, and escalate issues
