Director of Operations

Responsibilities include: Leading and developing project managers and business analysts, setting priorities, removing roadblocks, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery. Overseeing multiple firm-wide initiatives, balancing scope, timelines, resources, and business impact while staying actively involved in requirements, planning, testing, and rollout. Leading the operational side of technology implementations, from selection and requirements through deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization, in partnership with the CIO and IT team. Driving change management through communication, training, and adoption planning, recognizing how people and culture influence success. Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and best practices, and implementing process improvements across departments. Establishing business plans, key performance indicators, and performance targets; monitoring results through reporting, audits, and scorecards. Ensuring compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality programs while identifying and addressing operational risks. Overseeing team hiring, staffing, training, performance discussions, and career development, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Managing budgets, forecasts, and the financial performance of operational initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Partnering with the COO and firm leadership on strategic and growth initiatives that enhance the client and colleague experience.
