Responsibilities: Develop and implement personalized meal plans for patients with diverse nutritional needs Conduct nutrition assessments and provide dietary counseling to patients and their families Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care Monitor patients' progress and adjust meal plans as needed Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition and dietetics Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and staff
