Strategic Tax Leader for Growth & Compliance

J.B. Hunt is seeking a Vice President of Taxation to lead the company’s tax strategy, oversee planning, compliance, reporting and risk management. This executive will work with senior leadership to optimize the effective tax rate within regulatory bounds while supporting growth and operational excellence. The role requires 15+ years of progressive tax experience, a CPA, and strong leadership and communication skills to distill complex tax concepts for executives and the Board.
