Warehouse Kitting Associate Now hiring for a Warehouse Kitting Associate in Dallas, TX. Pay rate is $16.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM. Job duties include assembling customer kits by accurately combining documents, components, and products according to specifications. Work at a designated kitting station while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. Communicate with the Kitting Coordinator and Table Lead to ensure production requirements are met. Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and productivity while completing assigned kitting projects. Assist team members with production tasks as workload demands. Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and increase productivity. Inspect completed kits for accuracy and completeness before packaging or shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety regulations. Perform additional production, packaging, or facility duties as assigned. Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial. Experience requirements include previous experience in kitting, assembly, production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive work ethic required. Flexibility to assist in multiple production areas and work additional hours when needed. Physical capabilities include the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull parts, containers, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely use carts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as required. Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments.
