The Cooper Group is hiring remote Client Relations Specialists to work with families who have requested information about life insurance and mortgage protection. No insurance experience is required, and full training is provided. You can work part time or full time, on a schedule you set.
What you’ll do:
- Speak with individuals and families who have requested information about coverage
- Hold phone or video appointments to understand each client’s needs and budget
- Explain available options clearly and help clients choose a plan that fits
- Assist clients through the application process
- Follow up with clients and provide ongoing service
- Manage your own schedule, appointments, and daily activity

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, or another people-focused role
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
- Willing to obtain a state life and health license, with guidance provided
CompensationThis is a commission-based 1099 contractor position with no base salary. Earnings depend on individual activity and production.
