Quality Engineer

Overview: Seeking a Quality Engineer with 2+ years of manufacturing experience and hands-on IATF 16949 experience to support a growing precision manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and improve the IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 QMS Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Customers on quality issues Analyze quality data, reduce scrap, and improve process capability Support internal, customer, and supplier audits Investigate customer complaints and internal nonconformances

Requirements: 2+ years Quality Engineering/Quality Systems experience in manufacturing IATF 16949 experience required Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred Experience with metal forming, springs, wire products, stamping, or precision manufacturing is a plus
