Head Start Family Engagement & Enrollment Director

Next Door Milwaukee is seeking a Director of Family Engagement and Enrollment to lead the Head Start program operations, build relationships with families, ensure eligibility, recruitment, enrollment and attendance, and maintain compliance with Head Start standards. Under the President’s supervision, you will coach the Family Engagement team, supervise staff, manage budgets, collaborate with program leaders, attend Board meetings, and support the agency’s strategic plan.
