Apply for this role →Physician Assistant Opportunity Fairview is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our established primary care team at M Health Fairview Clinic Oxboro. This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative, supportive practice that is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families throughout the community.
Our Bloomington Oxboro clinic takes a whole-person approach to care and offers a broad range of services in one convenient location, including internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, onsite laboratory services, and imaging. Providers work closely with an experienced, multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.

Practice Details:
12 provider primary care practice which includes 8 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
Patient encounters average approximately 16-22 patients per day.
Opening: 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.
Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.

Fairview Clinics Oxboro is located in Bloomington, Minnesota which is the third-largest city in Minnesota and home of the Mall of America and the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. Bloomington is conveniently located near Minneapolis and St. Paul, and major interstate highways.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited PA training program
Current licensure with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Approved or eligible for prescriptive authority
Meets threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileging.
