The Butcher prepares precise and high-quality cuts of meat/seafood. They also maintain department conditions, to include proper ordering, inventory, production, and food safety standards in the meat/seafood areas. The Butcher provides product knowledge and expertise to our customers.

Must be proficient in ordering for the entire sales areas of both the meat and seafood departments.
Must project a clean and professional appearance.
Ability to operate within company policies, procedures, and standards.
Willingness to cross train and learn other areas as needed.
Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the store.
Must have completed Meat/Seafood Butcher and Culinary Training Program and/or passed a meat skills test.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
