Budtender Responsibilities: Greet customers, verify age/legal ID, and assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and product knowledge. Educate customers on safe cannabis use and stay informed about new products, consumption methods, and industry trends. Process customer payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Correctly weigh, package, and label cannabis products in strict accordance with OLCC regulations. Ensure the dispensary floor and check-in area remain clean, organized, and well-stocked with cannabis and non-cannabis products. Process, fulfill, and close online and delivery orders. Monitor procedure updates and maintain daily communication on Slack. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable customer experience throughout each shift.

Qualifications and Skills: Must have a valid Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit (required).Must be 21 years of age or older (required).High school diploma or GED.Intermediate knowledge of cannabis; Computer software and data entry skills; Intermediate knowledge of cannabis. Knowledge of OLCC sales limits; Previous Budtender experience; Ability to work quickly and accurately. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances without notice. Must be able to understand and comply with safety regulations. Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits: Budtender: $16.80/hr. + shared tips Employees have access to Zay Zoon as a benefit for early wage access.
