Senior Hospice Consultant

Compensation: $70K - $80K, uncapped bonuses, car allowance. The base compensation range for this role is fixed, with a maximum cap of $80,000.00.

What you’ll do in this role: Maintain relationships with all existing referral sources Actively prospect for new referral sources based on the Agency’s scope of service Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources and field staff Work closely with Marketing, Agency Administrator, and Clinical Management to ensure that the demand for clinical care is aligned with our capacity and at no time compromises the Agency’s ability to provide the best quality care for our patients We are looking for a compassionate Hospice Consultant with: Associate degree preferred Minimum of one year of healthcare marketing experience Understand all federal and state laws pertaining to the marketing of home care/hospice Notice: Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
