Adjuster

Responsibilities: Performs machine mechanical maintenance, including machine troubleshooting, repair, lubrication, change overs, set-up, adjustements to the machine, ink changes, paper changes and inserts window film, die and plate into machine. Troubleshoots operating difficulties including analyzing machine operations, inspection of product, making necessary mechanical adjustments and repairs to eliminate quality variations and mechanical malfunctions. Operate machine efficiently and obtain supplies such as paper, window film, ink and adhesive. Examine job orders, reads and interprets specifications and reviews sample and shipping instructions.
