ILD Transplant Care Coordinator (RN)

Inova Health System is seeking an Advanced Lung Disease (ALD) Coordinator to join the Transplant team. The ALD Coordinator will manage ILD patient care across outpatient clinics, coordinate diagnostics, imaging, PFTs, and multidisciplinary reviews, and facilitate transplant and supportive care referrals. The role is full-time, day-shift, Monday–Friday with no weekends or holidays. Rotational remote on-call is required (roughly 3 weekends/year, 2 nights/month).
