Business Development Manager

What You'll Do: Generate new business through networking, client meetings, and outbound outreach Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact to close Represent the firm at industry events, associations, and client meetings Develop relationships with GCs, architects, developers, and franchise groups Track activity, document efforts, and work within existing systems and processes Provide pipeline visibility and contribute to revenue growth strategy What We're Looking For 3–4+ years of successful outside sales or business development experience Comfortable selling services (not products) in a relationship-driven environment Ability to speak the language of construction and engineering (preferred) Self-starter mentality with strong follow-through and discipline Comfortable working independently while aligning closely with leadership Willing to be on-site 1x per week (DFW-based role) Compensation Uncapped commission + performance-based bonus Strong upside tied directly to the growth you drive This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and real influence in a growing business.
