Mercor is hiring a G&A Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across Finance, Legal, Marketing and People. You’ll be Mercor's first dedicated G&A recruiter, partnering with senior leadership and C-Suites to shape hiring processes and scale the function across departments. You’ll build top-of-funnel strategies, coach hiring managers, and implement structured interviewing while collaborating with Ashby and other recruiting systems.
