Sales Arborist & Tree-Care Team Leader Grow Your Territory

Almstead Tree and Shrub Care is seeking a driven leader to plan, direct and grow the Sales Arborist program across a defined territory in NY, NJ, and CT. You will oversee Sales Arborists, develop budgets, and negotiate contracts with residential and commercial clients. Ideal candidates hold ISA Arborist certification, a Bachelor's in Arboriculture or related field, 5–7 years of sales as a Sales Arborist and proven management experience. Base is $100k–$140k plus bonus, with strong benefits.
