GTM Recruiter for AI-Security Startup

Outtake inc. is expanding its recruiting team in New York. We seek a proactive recruiter with 3–6 years of full-cycle experience, focused on GTM and/or G&A roles, and a strong NYC network. You will own the process end-to-end, build pipelines, design rigorous interviews, and close top talent in a fast-growing startup. You’ll partner with leadership, utilize AI-assisted sourcing, and help shape our employer brand as Outtake scales. Office in Brooklyn; health benefits and flexible PTO are included.
