Senior Geotechnical Engineer: Lead Projects & Mentorship

Engineering & Testing Services (ETS) is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer (PE) to lead complex geotechnical and construction materials testing projects in the Portsmouth, VA area. This role offers a blend of onsite and office work with permanent, full-time status. You will own project scopes, budgets and schedules, mentor staff, and liaise with clients, contractors and design teams, while delivering technical excellence and compliant reports.
