Instructional Designer Transform Commercial Training

STIHL USA is seeking an Instructional Designer in Virginia Beach to create high-impact learning experiences for our commercial teams. You will design content across eLearning, ILT, videos, and job aids while aligning solutions with business goals and our customer-first approach. Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to deliver engaging materials, applying adult learning theories, and maintaining STIHL’s brand voice. Travel up to 25% and participate in ongoing program evaluation.
